THE PRAYER CHAIN

COUNTRY CLUB "CHURCHES"

I just read proof that at least some BIG churches are nothing but country clubs. I went to the website of a "church" near my home, to read their bulletin and pray for them and I saw where they are going to the country club in Hot Springs to play golf. The price includes lunch and country club beverages...hm, wonder if it's punch? NOOOO! It's booze! On the good side, however, it's not really a "church".....Every year on Halloween, the devil's holiday, that "church" sets up the parking lot like a carnival. Big rides, concession stands, blow-ups, etc. The first time they did it, it broke my heart. I went home in tears, got down on my knees and asked the Lord, "Why do you allow that at your church?" He said, "That's not my church!" How sad that they have over a thousand people there every Sunday, but they are not hearing God's Word and getting saved......

LACK OF PRAYER
It's not the politicians, prostitutes, thieves, murderers, adulterers, rapist, gamblers, etc. who have ruined America. It's God's people! God said, "IF" my people....will humble themselves and pray....seek His face and turn from their wicked ways....what would happen? That's right! If you don't know what would happen, read II Chronicles 7:14.

Do you care enough about America to pray for her? Do you have loved ones lost and going to hell? Have you prayed for them?

I have been praying for the jail where my husband preaches to empty. He usually preaches in all six jail cells on Thursday, last Thursday he preached in four because two cells were empty! Praise God! There has been at least six people at work that I have prayed away...they are no longer there. Amen! I was very depressed one day and I teasingly asked the Lord if He would give me some flowers just to cheer me up and He did!

What am I saying? I am saying... GOD ANSWERS PRAYER!! He still answers prayer in 2012! It's not just something He did years ago...He STILL answers prayer! "Ye have not, because ye ask not!" Make America GREAT again!  PRAY!!!
 

IT COULD BE SAID OF AMERICA!
Ah, sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward - Isaiah1:4

CURE FOR AMERICA....."Cease to do evil; Learn to do well" Isaiah 1:16-17.


People today don't know what church is....

*  They don't see souls saved every week.
*  They don't see people baptized every week!
*  They have never seen a hug and tear service where everyone hugs each other and cries with each other and love each other!
*  They don't hear messages from God's Word that grips hearts and changes lives!
*  They don't feel the Holy Spirit tugging at their heart over sin!
*  They don't know how much Jesus loves them!
*  They don't know what sin is!
*  They don't know that God can't look on sin.
*  They don't know sin is keeping them from God and heaven.
How can they know without a preacher?


CHICK TRACTS
I do not care for Chick tracts because salvation is not funny. It is VERY serious. I am sure the creator of the Chick tract means well, but putting the Bible in "comic" form is just wrong. I have never been able to read an entire Chick tract - they are too long. A lost person needs to see something "HOLY" when they are introduced to the gospel. If they see it in comic book form, why would they think it is serious? You would think there is a lot of POW! ZOOM! in them before you read them. There is nothing funny about Calvary. There is nothing funny about the pain and suffering Jesus went through! There is nothing funny about His shed Blood for our sins. There is nothing funny about the resurrection of Jesus. The world makes fun of Jesus enough without drawing Him and salvation into a comic book. There is nothing wrong with how the Bible presents salvation. I just had to say something.....

Speaking of gospel tracts.....why do pastors put their picture on them? It's not about them - it's about Jesus and salvation. Sounds a bit prideful and arrogant to me....

8.   (May 15, 2012) Michael, Newport, VT - salvation. He is depressed, suicidal, unstable and verbally abusive to his mother. He needs a job so he can move out on his own. Please pray.
9.  (May 15, 2012) Dallas - has mass in his stomach. Just found out it is cancer and has spread all over him. Pray that he will not suffer long and if it's God's will, that every cancer cell will be removed from his body. Also, pray for the family during this difficult time.

OUR POWERFUL GOD!
In my Bible-reading this morning I read how Elijah brought down fire from heaven! There was nothing magical about Elijah - he was a human just like me! If you have never read the story, it is in I Kings chapter 18. If you have read it, you might want to read it again.

Oh my, what POWER God had back then. Guess what? He still has it! His power is just as strong now as then! MY God is POWERFUL! I got so stirred up reading that story again that I wanted that power! Not only did the fire come down and burn up the sacrifice, when Elijah prayed, but it also burned up the wood, the ROCKS, the dust and even LICKED UP the water! LICKED UP!  The devil knew he had been LICKED after that!  WOOO-HOO! PRAISE GOD!

That stirred me  so much that I prayed down fire on America this morning! I asked God to bring fire down on our government leaders in Washington, DC today. I asked Him to break the hold satan has on them, save them, open their eyes and let them make the right decisions for America or put someone in their position that will! Same with the pulpits in America. I prayed God will fill pastors with POWER to preach His Word or put someone in them that will! People are going to church Spiritually dead and leaving in the same corpse! They need to hear God's Word in a POWERFUL way to get them through to the next service. That's not happening in our churches today!

I prayed for families to stay together. I prayed for families to pray and read the Bible together! I prayed for prayer and Bible study to return to schools! I prayed for God to raise up some men who will trust and believe Him enough to call fire down from heaven that will run satan off and bring a hunger for God back to the American people! I prayed He would shut the mouths of the atheists and homosexuals until they give their hearts to Christ! I asked God to PROVE HIMSELF to those people today! Put His fear into them no matter the cost! Save their souls from a burning hell! I believe He will! I read about a homosexual that got saved the other day and is now witnessing to his homosexual friends about Jesus and salvation! AMEN! I want America to be ONE NATION UNDER GOD again! It's a battle and WE WIN!!

Of all the men Gideon had lined up for battle, God only used 300 to win it! PRAISE GOD for His power! GOD IS STILL GOD! He needs men and women to BELIEVE in Him! God CAN bring America back to Him! God CAN burn up the works of the devil! God CAN cause crop failure to the tobacco, alcohol and drug fields! God CAN shut down the casino's and porn houses! God CAN save those little girls working the streets in prostitution! God can save gang members and make preachers out of them! God CAN! God CAN! God CAN! There's still a POWERFUL FIRE that can be called down from heaven to DESTROY those evil, sinful works that send folks to hell! PRAISE HIS NAME! Ask God for that power today! He's still able!!!

It only takes ONE person sold out to God! Is it you? There was ONE Moses, ONE Elijah, ONE Gideon, ONE Paul, ONE D.L. Moody, ONE Lester Roloff, ONE Jack Hyles, etc. that got the job done for God. You can too!

GOD CAN AND GOD WILL!! WATCH AND SEE! 

Do You Believe?
* I still believe that Jesus is the Son of God!
* I still believe Jesus left heaven, died on the cross, shed His Blood, and resurrected the third day to save the world from an eternity in hell.
* I still believe there is a hell!
* I still believe there is a heaven!
* I still believe those who never accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour will spend eternity in a burning lake of fire!
* I still believe "The fool hath said in his heart there is no God!" Psalms 14:1.
* I still believe that "whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved!" Romans 10:13.
*  I still believe the ONLY way to heaven is through Jesus Christ!
* I still believe Jesus is the way, the truth and the life!
* I still believe that NOBODY can get to God the Father except they go through His only begotten Son, Jesus!
* I still believe in prayer!
* I still believe God still hears and answers prayer!
* I still believe America can be ONE NATION UNDER GOD again, if we pray and ask God to make it that way again!
* I still believe the King James Bible is God's Word!
* I still believe the King James Bible is the INSPIRED WORD OF GOD!
* I still believe the King James Bible has God's blessing on it!
* I still believe the King James Bible is alive, is powerful, is God-breathed!
* I still believe the King James Bible protects!
* I still believe the King James Bible is God's instructions on how God's people ought to live!
* I still believe all the other perversions are of the devil and God doesn't bless them or anyone who reads them!
* I still believe the King James Bible from cover to cover!
* I still believe it is the HOLY BIBLE!
* I still believe there are millions of people in hell today wishing they had another chance to be saved!
* I still believe if you are reading this and you have never asked Jesus into your heart for salvation, that you are lost and on your way to hell!
* I still believe satan is a liar!
* I still believe fire burns!
* I still believe fire hurts!
* I still believe if you die believing there is no God, there is no hell and there is no heaven that you will become a believer the second you take a firey breath in the lake of fire!

Don't believe satan's lie that there is no hell because there is. If you could open a window in hell and hear the screams of terror from those there that are wanting out and can't get out - you would believe too! Don't wait until you get to hell to BELIEVE Jesus died for you - it will be too late. Oh sinner, come to Jesus today! He died for you! He shed His blood for you so that you wouldn't have to go to hell! The Bible says,  "For ALL have sinned..." Romans 3:23. We are all sinners deserving hell, but when Jesus died on the cross for our sins, He made a way for us to go to heaven. Amen!  Therefore, "whosover" - that means anyone - "shall call upon the name of the Lord SHALL BE SAVED!" Romans 10:13. It doesn't say you MIGHT be saved - it says you SHALL BE saved. You will be saved from an eternity in hell if you believe with all your heart that Jesus Christ died for your sins. God wants a blood sacrifice  for sins. In the old testament animals were sacrified for sins - in the new testament Jesus shed His blood for the sins of the world, therefore, animals are not to be sacrified for sins anymore. Jesus paid it all!!

Invite Jesus into your heart. Ask Him to forgive you of your sins and save you from an eternity in hell and He will. I want to see you in heaven one day and you will not be there if you don't ask Jesus to save you from all your sins. I did it September 24, 1972 - almost forty years ago, and I haven't regretted it a day in my life. You receive such a wonderful peace knowing that Jesus paid for your sins and you don't have to. They are all under His Blood. Praise His Name!

Just yesterday a co-worker of mine (that retired several years ago) died of cancer. She was a member of the unitarian church. They don't believe Jesus was the Son of God. They think he was a good man and a prophet but He wasn't part of the trinity. If my co-worker believed that - she is in hell today! She was a funny lady and fun to be around, but that did not keep her from going to hell. Not believing in Jesus Christ is what sends a person to hell. 

Today is the day for you to be saved! All you need to do is pray something like, "Lord Jesus, I believe you died for my sins. Come into my heart and save me from an eternity in hell, amen." If you mean it and believe it with all your heart there will be a change in you. You will not want to sin anymore. You will feel wonderful! When I got saved I felt like I was walking ten feet off the ground! Praise the Lord!!
